Micromax has discreetly launched new device in its Fun series called the Canvas Fun A74. This budget smartphone is available online on e-commerce sites like Snapdeal and Infibeam for Rs 7,749/-.
Talking of specifications, the Canvas Fun A74 sports a 4.5-inch capacitive display and is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor supplemented with 512MB of RAM. Much like many other pocket-friendly devices, this too features a 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, expandable memory via a microSD card and a 1,500mAh battery.
Connectivity-wise the device supports 3G, Wi-Fi, GPRS and Bluetooth and on the software front runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Priced at Rs 7,749/- the Canvas Fun A74 is likely to get tough competition from the phones like Spice Stellar Glamour, Intex Cloud X4 and Gionee P2 among others.
